AND LITTLE TEAL DESIGN
craftsperson.
With collaborator Irene McGarrity, she also helps people find productive solutions for workplace urgency and to avoid burnout.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design.
She is a devoted friend and family member and longtime ally to animals, including frogs.
Erin likes big cities and very tiny towns.
She is a serious thinker with a unique—but generally relatable—sense of humor.
‘Little Teal’ was the name of a 1994 Hyundai Excel, two-door manual transmission hatchback car sold to Erin in the year 2001 for only a dollar.

Design Solutions
Thoughtful book cover design grounded in almost three decades’ worth of professional experience. The emphasis is on gaining a meaningful understanding of the material and bringing authors’ concepts to life, from the ‘ideas stage’ to final files.
Workplace urgency and burnout workshops for academics and professionals (how to circumvent the cycle), created by Irene McGarrity and co-led by me.
